Terms and cancellation

Booking

Every session is quoted personally. The booking becomes effective when you confirm the date by clicking the link in the quote email and accept these terms. From that moment the date is reserved for you. No payment is requested online.

Payment

The price in the quote is paid after the shoot, usually in cash. Other methods can be agreed in advance. A receipt or invoice is issued as required by law.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please tell me as soon as you know that you cannot come, and in any case at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is free. If you cancel at the last moment or do not show up without notice, the date cannot be offered to others and I may ask for a deposit for a future booking.

Weather

If the weather makes the shoot impossible, we move it to another date at no cost. Light rain or fog can be beautiful: we decide together on the day.

Punctuality

I will wait for you for a reasonable time. A late arrival may shorten the session because the natural light changes.

Photographs and copyright

The photographs remain protected by copyright. You receive the final photographs for personal use (printing, sharing, social media with credit). Commercial use needs a written agreement. I may publish selected photographs only according to the choice you made in the request form.

Delivery

The delivery time and format are communicated in your quote. Each photograph receives an artistic post-production, and the final look is my creative interpretation of the session.
